A gentle and calming blend suitable for children of all ages to help induce peace and calm. Adults love this blend too. This is one of Mother Nurture's best sellers!

Some tips for using Calm Kids essential oil blend:

• 1-2 drops on a tissue tucked under a pillowcase at night to help sleep.

• Especially useful for anxious kids (and parents!) when starting school or kinder: place a drop on a tissue and tuck into pocket; inhale during the day as needed.

• Temper tantrums? As above and place tissue under mum’s (or dad’s) shirt; cuddle your child into you so you can both inhale the aroma and both feel calmer!

• These essential oils can also be beneficial for teething or colic. Mix 1 drop in 10mls* of base oil and massage gently around jaw line (for teething) or in a clockwise direction over lower abdomen (for colic).
